Apple M1 Processor
Apple’s M1 system on a chip (SoC) processor features a single pool of high?bandwidth, low?latency memory – allowing apps to share data between the CPU, GPU and Neural Engine efficiently, so you’ll be able to power through complex workflows, fast and fluidly.

What is RAM?
RAM (Random Access Memory) is different to the permanent storage provided by hard disk drives (HDD), solid state drives (SSD) or memory cards in your equipment. Featuring 400 nits brightness, the MacBook Air 13” delivers deep blacks and bright whites. It supports wide colour for even more vibrant pictures, with realistically vivid details.

Connecting your other devices
The two Thunderbolt / USB 4 ports allow for fast data transfer, as well as the option for dual screen working, whilst Bluetooth can help your send data wirelessly between devices.
